Developed by Google to plug in the missing functionality in the Chrome browser so as to dethrone the Firefox web browser once and for all, the Chrome Toolbox extension gives you more than what any other Chrome extension can offer in one package. This tool allows you to access most the popular browser commands from a drop-down menu, magnify images on a webpage or set it directly as a wallpaper, drag flash or HTML5 video into a stand-alone window, mutes all tabs and much more.
The one feature that I like most about this extension is the ability to prompt you with a confirmation message when you accidentally hit the “Close All Tabs” button. Once you have installed the Chrome Toolbox extension you can activate this function by going to Chrome Toolbox options and ticking the option “Confirm before closing multiple tabs.”
